Professional Workspace & Meeting Hub
Studio 505 is more than workspace. It's a platform — for entrepreneurs, storytellers, and builders who are ready to be seen, heard, and remembered. Your story belongs in this room.
Studio 505 was born from a simple belief: where you work changes how people see you. But we took that further — we believe where you work should change how you see yourself.
This isn't just a coworking space. It's a community of entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals who are rebuilding, growing, and telling their stories out loud.
Supported by FVST — the Foundation for Voice & Storytelling — Studio 505 operates as a hybrid ecosystem. Part workspace. Part media platform. Part business incubator. Entirely community.
"This isn't space. This is positioning. Where you work changes how people see you."
17 private suites, a podcast studio, conference rooms, and a community environment that makes showing up feel like an advantage.
Every person inside these walls is rebuilding something. A business. A career. A life. The 505 Podcast is where those stories get told out loud.
Have a story worth telling? We're booking guests from the IE entrepreneur community.
Apply to Be a GuestThis isn't a business podcast. It's a human one. We sit down with entrepreneurs, creatives, and builders inside Studio 505 and ask the questions most podcasts skip.
What broke? What rebuilt you? What did you have to let go of to get here?
FVST is the nonprofit engine behind Studio 505. Where the for-profit side leases space and builds businesses, FVST expands access — funding entrepreneurs who couldn't otherwise get in the room, running storytelling workshops, and creating measurable community impact in the Inland Empire.
Together, Studio 505 and FVST form a two-engine model: revenue sustains the building, while grants and sponsorships expand who gets to be inside it.
Partner With FVSTTours are 30–45 minutes. You'll see the space, hear the vision, and find out if Studio 505 is the right fit. No pressure. Just a real conversation.
